The Look
This is the plea for more food.

Cuz Nicki and his second helping of breakie
Cuz Nicki is certaintly considered a lucky boy. This morning for breakfast he had baked organic chicken and raw veggies (carrots, beetroot, broccoli). He inhaled (as usual) his breakfast and because he did that 'haven't eaten since 1968 look) I gave him some more. Now he is currently smurking because he looks so good since he got shaved - slimbo Nicki is what the other dogs call him. Whereas Miss Chelsea Bun has put on a bit of weight and is back on a diet. Hopefully Cuz Nicki won't be scared this afternoon as storms are predicted and he hates thunder. Actually he thinks that he can fight thunder and win. Hmmm. Don't have the heart to tell him the truth regarding thunder.

Cuz Nicki recipe for best soup in town
Yep that is right - Cuz Nicki loves this soup - it is his favourite. Its pumpkin and kale soup. Loves it heaps. As he is just a little fellow - cuz Nicki actually doesn't cook the soup - so you basically get your human slave to bake the pumpkin. Once baked - place the pumpkin in the pot with veggie stock and chopped up Kale. Bring to boil and this blend mixture. Add some pepper (for the humans that may be eating the soup) and no pepper for Cuz Nicki or his canine mates and wham bam thank you mam it is done. Fab, tasty and made within less than an hour.

Cuz Nicki on Hols
Yep that is right. Cuz Nicki and I are venturing off on holidays after today. Although we are staying in Sydney we will have 11 days of walking, eating, walking, walking, watching really intellectual stimulating TV shows like Australia's Next Top Model and eating and walking. Yep 11 days of fun and sun. We are going to spend time with my bestee friend Cathy who is coming up from Orange (country town in NSW) and her two sons, Brendan and Grant - who just looooooooovvvvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeee Cuz Nicki. Cuz Nicki loves Brendan and Grant as Brendan sent Cuz Nicki a letter and the mailman near wet his pants delivering the letter to Cuz Nicki whose fan base is growing at rapid amounts.
Anyway, we're off for fun and play and eating and walking.

Baked Chicken. Yum. (boom - its gone - 30 seconds flat).

Sniffing Hector's butt (unfortuantely Hector is ADHD and does not realise that Cuz Nicki has the hots for him).
Baked Chicken. Yum (inhale inhale inhale).
Walk-eeessssssssssssssssss - fun. Sniffing, chatting to other dogs and look there is Hector - Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Hector I'm here). Oh Hector. Hmmm. Oh Hector I love ya heaps.
Simba walks by - Hello Simba - Looking mighty fine today. Hector who??????????????????? (Cuz Nicki is so generous with his love) Stomach rumbles and then:
Liver treats - yum. Liver treats gone already. Hmmm.
I'm hungry again - Steak - lightly seared on a bed of liver treats - yummy. Gone - in 60 seconds flat. Maybe Aunty Jan is right and I need to chew my food rather than inhale.

Wake up. What can I smell. Oh goody - Autny Jan is cooking baked Chicken. thank God she is a vegan. The chicken is mine.

Skinny Cuz Nicki
Cuz Nicki went to have a shave on Thursday - went in a fat dog and came out anorexic - yep now he has proof that he needs more food (he he he he).
I can now see Cuz Nicki's lump a lot easier and so we are continuing to monitor the lump. The lump remains same size - but please pray for cuz Nicki to be healed. I believe that God does perform miracles and does perform miracles on animals as well as humans. Cuz Nicki along with his fury mates demonstrate God's unconditional love in my view.
Anyway, Cuz Nicki - is now Skinny Cuz Nicki. He is walking around swinging his butt quite a bit. During the last few days our mate Chelsea Bun has been away and Cuz Nicki has missed her heaps. She comes back tommorrow and we just can't wait to see her.

Inhaling
Yep its me again, and today I want to chat about inhaling - a subject not spoken about much in public, but it occurs. Yep, I'm an inhaler. I admit to it. My name is Cuz Nicki and I inhale. Yep, Aunty Jan puts the food down and wham bam thank you mam - its gone. I once did a record attempt of inhaling a pupachino in less than 30 seconds. Beat Chelsea Bun that day - and walked away with a puffed chest. This is me after inhaling

Cuz Nicki and the visiting Amish
Hello All, well Cuz Nicki and I have been on hols. My bestee mate Cath came to Sydney with her sons Brendan and Grant. I refer to her and the family as the Amish as they stood outside on their property and waved me goodbye when I was on the train going home to Sydney. They literally looked like the Amish. Cuz Nicki was most excited to see Master Brendan and Master Grant
He actually lost weight in his neck when one lunchtime while Brendan and Grant were eating lunch Cuz Nicki's head was going backwards and forwards with the hope that one or both of them would 'drop' food - given that he is never never fed in his mind.
Brendan and Grant took Cuz Nicki for a walk in the park and curled up with him on the lounge. He enjoyed the cuddles and pats that he got.
On Sunday I took Cuz Nicki to the vets as I found a staple in him that had not been removed from his operation. While there the vet told me that Cuz Nicki has another lump. It is unclear whether this is cancer or not, so we are praying to God for Cuz Nicki to be healed. Please join us (me, Brendan, Grant, and Cath) in our prayers to God. Cuz Nicki was sad though to see Brendan and Grant leave. His hope of getting 'extra' is now at rock bottom. He was however, most upset with Master Grant, Master Brendan and Miss Cath who went to our mate teena's home for a BBQ and didn't bring back any chicken or chicken sausages. Apparently they were great. He is still huffing and puffing around the joint at the thought that those great snags and chicken pieces are not in his stomach.

Cuz Nicki and Health
See the big bzndage on Cuz Nicki - well that was the first tumour - the huge one that was aggressive according to the vets and that Cuz Nicki had 'bitten into'. The vet had told me that unless he removed the tumour Cuz Nicki had only a matter of days to live. Well he removed the tumour and cuz Nicki was cut from the top of his little chest to near his groin area - and half way around his stomach. They got everything. The second tumour was benign and he has had pancreatitis and nearly died - in the specialist hospital etc. But we have been eating whole foods since he basically came to live with me and we have both seen improvement in health. Although getting on in years - well according to nasty vets who wish to display how many years one is - rude really when you think about it, Cuz Nicki appears younger than ever. He has a keen interset in food and walks and I put his improvement in health directly on his diet. He is the love of my life. My best mate. But very smart - you would think that I was in control right? Wrong. Cuz Nicki is in control and very bright. He knows exactly how to use those big brown eyes to get more food and knows how to beg successfully. He does not believe he has love handles even though the vet (yep that rude creature) points them out.
The above picture is Cuz Nicki begging for food - and yep he got the food. And, this is Cuz Nicki after he has finished his dinner. Although on a positive he does clean the dishes. Cheers - Jan.
